Job summary

Panter’s Design & Engineering Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a capable Site Supervisor/Foreman with at least 5 years’ experience in building projects to join our expanding team. You will coordinate site works with Main Contractors and Subcontractors, oversee inspections and report progress to the Project Manager, and help ensure contract compliance, quality and schedule.

Candidates with Safety Supervisor or First Aid certificates are preferred; mature, independent and proactive attitudes are

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ working experience in Building projects.
• Holder of Safety Supervisor Certificate or First Aid Certificate is preferred.
• Mature, independent, initiative, co-operation and positive working attitude.

Responsibilities

• Site coordination with Main Contractor and Subcontractors to coordinate sequence of works, and tackle all technical issues regarding to site installation
• Conduct regular site inspection and report to the project manager the progress of work, and any non-conformity in related to material delivered, work compliance to contract, drawing and workmanship
• Forecast and review progress of work and coordinate with subcontractor to ensure sufficient labor force

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in Building projects;
• Holder of Safety Supervisor Certificate or First Aid Certificate is preferred;
• Mature, independent, initiative, co-operation and positive working attitude;
• Less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Foreman
