Job summary

Huang Kee Building Maintenance Pte Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced site supervisor to lead construction teams on multiple projects, ensure compliance with specs, and report progress to the Project Manager.

The role requires strong MS Office and AutoCAD skills, the ability to work under pressure and meet tight timelines, plus attendance at a safety course before starting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction, design or building industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and AutoCAD.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and independently.
• Able to work under tight timelines.
• Must attend a construction safety course (WSH in construction) before commencing work.

Responsibilities

• Keep Project Manager updated on project status to identify issues or opportunities.
• Prepare project materials and source quotations.
• Supervise and monitor progress; provide solutions; ensure timely completion.
• Inspect and monitor compliance with specifications/scope.
• Monitor safety standards and environmental regulations; maintain quality on site.
• Conduct meetings with team, client reps, consultants, subcontractors and vendors.
• Carry out day-to-day site operations and supervise construction workers.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the team members and keep Project Manager updated with the status of projects in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
• Prepare of project materials, source quotation
• Supervise, lead and monitor progress of project and reports to Project Manager promptly on client feedback, provide knowledgeable solutions where possible and ensure that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner and ensure completion of works are on time.
• Inspect and monitor project to ensure compliance with project specifications/ scope of work.
• Monitor on safety standards and environmental regulations and maintain high quality of workmanships on site.
• Conduct meetings with team members, client representatives, consultants, subcontractor sand vendors.
• Carryout day to day site operation and supervise a team of construction worker
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:
