GLOCAL CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced construction supervisor to manage on-site activities, lead a team of workers and subcontractors, and ensure progress aligns with schedule and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in construction, strong ability to read specifications and drawings, and a track record on LTA/NEA projects is a plus. Safety compliance and reporting are key responsibilities.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of working experience in construction or related field.
• Experience with reading specifications and building drawings.
• Experience with track records in LTA/NEA projects would be an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Manage construction activities and progress independently on site.
• Supervise and lead a team of workers and subcontractors on site.
• Resolve design site problems encountered during construction period.
• Prepare daily progress reports and work schedules.
• Understand structural drawings, specifications and requirements.
• Monitor and control works to ensure compliance with technical specs and safety regulations.
• Perform onsite installation, troubleshooting, repairs and routine maintenance.
• Handle general electrical fitting work as required.
• Other duties as required on site.

Responsiblities:

• Able to understand structural drawing, specifications and requirements.
• Monitoring and control of contract works to ensure compliance with technical specifications, code of practice, scope of work and to enforce safety regulations.
• Perform onsite installation, troubleshooting, repair, routine checks and maintenance.
• Responsible for general electrical fitting work.
• Other work-related duties as and when required.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of reading specifications and building drawings.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
• Experience with track records in LTA/NEA projects would be an advantage.
• Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the company.
