HR Plus is seeking a Project Manager to join its Construction Management team. You will implement site management policies and procedures, supervise contractors, maintain accurate site information, and monitor progress to identify delays or anomalies while ensuring safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Building Studies, Construction Management, Architecture, M&E, or Structural Engineering preferred.
• 10+ years of solid experience in building construction.
• Experience in project/construction management in property developers preferred.
• Familiar with Buildings Ordinance, related legislations, and Codes of Practice.
• Familiar with construction site safety and relevant legislations.
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience.
• Good command of English and Cantonese.

• Monitor project progress to identify delays, discrepancies, conflicts, or other anomalies timely.
• Endorse the selection of consultant's contract site staff and ensure they are adequately discharging their responsibilities.

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their Construction Management team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing team management policies and proceduresin assigned sites to ensure operational effectiveness, maintainingaccurate and updated information about site status and quality, ensuringquality performance of contractors through supervision of variousmonitoring systems, and monitoring project progress to identify delays,discrepancies, conflicts, or other anomalies timely.
The role will also involve endorsing the selection of consultant's contract site staff, ensuring mutual understanding of project progress and qualitywith consultants' resident site staff and contractor's management andsite team, coordinating site activities among utility companies,government authorities, and contractors, overseeing the hand-over ofcompleted projects to customers and other internal divisions, followingup on complaints and monitoring defect rectification works for completedprojects, and ensuring compliance of the site safety requirements stipulated in the works contract.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
