ADVINES HR SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Supervisor for a busy coffee shop in Hong Kong. The role requires overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage cashiering, customer interactions, inventory, and vendor coordination while supporting recruitment and training. Flexibility for long hours, weekends, and public holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Supervises daily coffee shop operations and staff
• Ensures high standards of customer service and speed of service
• Handles cashiering and customer complaints with professionalism
• Coaches and trains new staff, schedules rosters and manpower deployment
• Manages inventory, orders supplies and coordinates with vendors

Supervisor – Coffee Shop

Job Scope & Requirements

• Oversee daily coffee shop operations, including opening and closing of outlet.
• Supervise staff and coordinate daily manpower deployment.
• Handle cashiering, customer orders and customer complaints.
• Monitor daily sales and prepare sales records.
• Check inventory and arrange replenishment of beverages and supplies.
• Coordinate with stallholders, suppliers and delivery personnel.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure hygiene standards are followed.
• Assist with recruitment, training and supervision of staff.
• Must be willing to perform hands-on duties, including serving customers, clearing tables and general cleaning when manpower is short.
• Able to work long hours, weekends and public holidays according to roster.
• Must be comfortable working in a busy, hot and fast-paced coffee shop environment.
• Able to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
• Must be willing to cover duties when staff are absent or during peak periods.
• Rest days according to operational requirements.
• Prior coffee shop/F&B supervisory experience preferred.
