Job summary

ADVINES HR SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Supervisor for a busy coffee shop in Hong Kong. The role requires overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage cashiering, customer interactions, inventory, and vendor coordination while supporting recruitment and training. Flexibility for long hours, weekends, and public holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Supervises daily coffee shop operations and staff
• Ensures high standards of customer service and speed of service
• Handles cashiering and customer complaints with professionalism
• Coaches and trains new staff, schedules rosters and manpower deployment
• Manages inventory, orders supplies and coordinates with vendors
• Maintains hygiene and cleanliness to meet health standards

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening and closing of the outlet and daily operations
• Supervise staff and coordinate daily manpower deployment
• Handle cashiering, customer orders and complaints
• Monitor daily sales and prepare records
• Check inventory and arrange replenishment of beverages and supplies
• Coordinate with stallholders, suppliers and delivery personnel
• Assist with recruitment and training of staff
• Perform hands-on duties when needed, including serving customers and clearing tables
• Cover duties during staff absences or peak periods
