Job summary

Service Technology Partners Limited is seeking a Revenue Operations professional in Hong Kong to oversee end-to-end renewal cycles, invoicing, and collections for SaaS and hardware offerings. You will work with our tech team to optimize CRM and billing systems and ensure accurate quotations and contracts.

The role requires 3+ years in revenue/billing operations, strong English communications, and a disciplined, autonomous work style.

Qualifications

3 years of relevant experience in revenue operations, billing operations, or sales operations.
A degree or background in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is a strong plus.
Proficient in Google Workspace and comfortable learning and utilizing modern online business software, CRM tools, and cloud platforms.
Excellent written English skills, specifically tailored for professional email communications and client interactions.
Highly independent, self-motivated, and reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility and meticulous organizational habits.

Responsibilities

Contract & Renewal Management: Oversee and manage the end-to-end renewal cycle for SaaS enterprise subscription contracts, ensuring timely processing and high client retention.
Sales Quotations & Invoicing: Prepare, process, and issue accurate sales quotations, contracts, and invoices for both software and hardware offerings.
Billing & Accounts Receivable Follow-up: Maintain rigorous follow-up communications with customer accounts payable departments and relevant stakeholders to track payments and resolve billing discrepancies.
CRM & Systems Optimization: Partner closely with the internal tech team to refine, automate, and enhance our CRM and billing systems for improved efficiency.
Process Familiarity & Adherence: Master and maintain deep knowledge of our product quotation structures, pricing guidelines, and overall billing cycles.
