Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking a proactive Sales Operations/Operational Support Specialist for our Hong Kong office on a 3-month contract with a strong potential for extension or permanent conversion. The role interfaces with Account Management and drives efficient renewal processes.

You will streamline operational workflows, generate quotations, manage vendor onboarding, and support deal closings in a fast-paced, international environment. Immediate availability is highly valued.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Sales Operations, Sales Administration, Commercial Support, Customer Operations, or Contract Renewal Support; SaaS/tech exposure preferred.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; ability to draft professional commercial emails.
• Strong MS Excel/Word skills; Salesforce CRM experience desirable.
• High accuracy, detail-oriented, well-organized, fast learner in an agile environment.
• Availability: Immediate or short-notice preferred.

Aufgaben

• Generate accurate client quotations using approved pricing matrices and templates.
• Complete and submit vendor onboarding/registration forms and commercial compliance documents.
• Serve as client-facing point of contact for routine contract renewal inquiries.
• Prepare renewal paperwork and service agreements; coordinate company chop/signature.
• Maintain opportunity pipelines and client data in Salesforce CRM and internal trackers.
• Provide ad-hoc operational support to Account Managers to accelerate deal closings.
