Job summary

Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group invites a senior transformation professional to join the Group-level Transformation Office. The role drives strategic projects to uplift business performance through robust analysis and recommendations, coordinating with executive committees to achieve goals.

You will identify, manage and deliver strategic initiatives, align corporate planning across divisions, engage stakeholders, and present insights to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in any discipline.
• 6–8 years in corporate or strategic planning; consultancy experience preferred; retail exposure a plus.
• Analytical mindset with ability to synthesize complex information.
• Ability to challenge status quo and develop new solutions.
• Proven project leadership and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin; strong MS Excel & PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, drive and manage strategic projects for business and operational improvement.
• Manage corporate planning process; ensure synchronized strategy across divisions; drive common goals aligned with group prioritization.
• Collaborate and influence stakeholders across divisions to implement transformation projects; manage progress and milestones.
• Analyze and interpret data to inform decisions based on insights and best practices.
• Prepare presentation materials for executive meetings.
• Participate in ad hoc projects as needed.
