Job summary

Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group invites a senior transformation professional to join the Group-level Transformation Office. The role drives strategic projects to uplift business performance through robust analysis and recommendations, coordinating with executive committees to achieve goals.

You will identify, manage and deliver strategic initiatives, align corporate planning across divisions, engage stakeholders, and present insights to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in any discipline.
• 6–8 years in corporate or strategic planning; consultancy experience preferred; retail exposure a plus.
• Analytical mindset with ability to synthesize complex information.
• Ability to challenge status quo and develop new solutions.
• Proven project leadership and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin; strong MS Excel & PowerPoint skills.

Job description

As an essential member of the Group-level Transformation Office, this role is to drive strategic and transformation projects to uplift business and operational performance through offering robust analysis and recommendations. You will use your experience and expertise in managing strategic projects and stakeholder engagement to support executive committees to achieve strategic goals and business results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, drive and manage strategic projects for business and operational improvement.
• Manage corporate planning process; ensure synchronized strategy is developed across divisions; and drive establishment of common goals and objectives that is aligned with Group's prioritization.
• Collaborate and influence stakeholders across divisions to implement transformation projects; manage transformation project progress and milestone to ensure timely delivery.
• Analyze and interpret data to recommend and make informed decisions based on insights and best practices.
• Prepare presentation materials for executive meetings.
• Participate in ad hoc projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in any disciplines.
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in corporate or strategic planning; ideally with management consultancy experience; exposure to retail industry is a plus.
• Open-minded; demonstrate an analytical mindset with structural thinking and the ability to synthesize complex information and develop insights.
• Confident in challenging the status quo by providing alternative ideas that challenge existing procedures which could help to develop new solutions and bring in improvements to the company.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects, including the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
