Job summary

Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group is seeking a Retail Trainer based in Hong Kong to raise the capabilities of in-store teams through hands-on coaching, training delivery and materials development.

You will collaborate with the Retail Training Manager to identify in-store learning needs, design annual training plans, and lead product, service and orientation sessions while maintaining accurate training records and generating regular reports. Proficiency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in HRM, Business Admin, or Management.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in retail.
• Experience in designing and conducting training/workshops.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation and coaching skills.
• Proactive with positive mindset; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-minded, able to meet deadlines and work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Word (Chinese Word Processing), Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge in video editing is preferred.
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Support Retail Training Manager to identify training needs in store operations and design annual plan.
• Provide on-site coaching and support to store staff to improve performance and customer service.
• Lead product training, service training and orientation sessions for align with company objectives.
• Oversee Retail Management Trainee Program and coordinate with mentors to monitor progress.
• Maintain training records and regular reports tracking attendance, progress, and feedback.
• Develop and update e-learning materials to facilitate flexible learning options for staff.
• Communicate training schedules, content and expectations with staff, fostering continuous learning.
