Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformation programs and business enhancement initiatives.

• Champion automation, AI-enabled tools, and digital workflows to improve productivity.
• Establish governance frameworks, procedures, controls, and best practices.
• Oversee payment and fee administration activities with robust controls and risk management.
• Drive cross-functional project delivery from planning to implementation.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders as a trusted advisor on strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operating efficiency.
