Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related
• Professional accounting qualifications (CPA HKICPA/ACCA)
• Over 20 years in progressive financial management in large-scale retail
• Experience with HKEX Listing Rules and cross-border tax
• Strong leadership of multi-region financial teams

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end group accounting and financial closing
• Coordinate statutory audits and external audit engagements
• Manage cross-border taxation and compliance across HK/ Mainland
• Provide governance and internal control improvements leveraging tech
• Support overseas business expansions and financial systems iteration
