Job summary

Combuilder Pte Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a sales professional to manage calibration solution accounts and drive new business. You will develop sales plans, coordinate with in-house and partner teams, and respond to RFQs and POs while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience in sales or marketing.
• Good knowledge of the test and measurement industry.
• Experience in complex solutions / systems sales.
• Experience in sales negotiation and dealing with large organisations.
• Technical and/or services background.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts for calibration solutions.
• Find new sales opportunities and grow business from existing customers.
• Develop sales plans and strategies.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and business partners.
• Handle customer enquiries, RFQs, quotations and PO processing.
• Coordinate calibration jobs with in-house teams and subcontractors.
• Work with calibration and distribution partners on customer requirements.
• Identify opportunities to upsell services and products.
• Follow up with customers on equipment due for calibration and recalibration.
• Prepare sales forecasts and secured order reports.
• Address customer requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
