Job summary

Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute (ASTRI) is seeking an senior Sales/Business Development professional to lead strategic engagements with the financial services sector. You will map ASTRI technologies to industry challenges and build a robust client network while coordinating with technology and delivery teams.

You will explore licensing opportunities for ASTRI’s IP portfolio, collaborate with system integrators, and expand the customer base in targeted sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field with 10+ years of experience in technology sales/business development.
• Strong sales, pitching and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of FinTech, IoT, 5G, Big Data, Cybersecurity, generative AI and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop a Financial Services Industry sales plan with target accounts and strategic opportunity mapping.
• Establish, build, and maintain client relationships as a trusted technology advisor.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions addressing customer pain points and opportunities.
• Engage with ecosystem partners to extend sales coverage and embed ASTRI solutions.
• Drive events and engage in IP licensing/licensing opportunities to grow the client base.
