Job summary

Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute (ASTRI) seeks an experienced professional to oversee IT contracts, procurement, asset management, and financial tracking. You will coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and IT teams in a matrix environment to ensure compliance and efficiency.

The role is a renewable-contract, five-day week position offering a competitive salary and performance-linked pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in IT, business, PM with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in IT operations, procurement, contract management, asset management, or financial tracking.
• Experience working with Procurement, Finance, and IT teams in a matrix organization.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with high attention to detail.
• Good understanding of PR/PO processes, budget control, and vendor management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• IT Contract & Renewal Management: manage full lifecycle of IT contracts and renewals.
• Procurement (PR / PO) Management: coordinate PRs and POs with IT teams and Finance.
• IT Financial Tracking & Reporting: track spending and prepare reports for IT management.
• IT Asset Management: maintain inventory and lifecycle of IT assets.
• Project & Operational Coordination: coordinate IT initiatives and document records.
