Job summary

Manulife is seeking an experienced Category Manager to join Asia Procurement, focusing on Infrastructure Outsourcing, cloud-related deals and broader Technology categories across Asia. You will shape sourcing strategies, lead negotiations and manage strategic suppliers to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

University degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management or related field; CIPS/CPSM certification is advantageous.
15+ years of procurement, sourcing or category management experience in technology and cloud within a multinational.
Strong understanding of technology commercial models including cloud licensing and consumption-based pricing.

Responsibilities

Develop regional category strategies for Infrastructure Outsourcing and cloud-related deals.
Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives from market assessment to award recommendation.
Negotiate supplier contracts balancing cost, service quality, and risk.
Collaborate with Legal, Risk and Technology teams on governance and compliance.
Represent Asia requirements in regional and global technology agreements.
