CLP Power Hong Kong Limited. is seeking a Senior Manager to lead procurement and category strategies for Digital and Operational Technology. Based in Hunghom, Kowloon, you will partner with business stakeholders to shape sourcing and commercial offers.

You will manage complex IT/Digital sourcing initiatives, drive market insights, negotiate effectively, and mentor a high-performing CSCM team to deliver value-driven outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of procurement, category management and strategic sourcing experience.
• Experience in IT/Digital categories (Software, SaaS, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Telecom, IT Services).
• Fluency in English; Cantonese/Mandarin advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT/Digital and OT category strategies and long-term plans.
• Manage high-profile sourcing projects from strategy through implementation.
• Advise stakeholders with market insights and commercial recommendations.
• Lead end-to-end procurement processes from market engagement to award.
• Drive China sourcing strategies and supplier evaluation.
• Mentor CSCM team and promote agile, compliant practices.
• Embed digital mindset and AI-enabled solutions in procurement.
