Job summary

WSP in Asia is seeking a proactive Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition to support recruitment across Hong Kong and Mainland China. You will partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to attract, engage and hire top talent while ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience.

The successful candidate will manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, leveraging data and market intelligence to influence hiring decisions and drive continuous improvement in recruitment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
• Experience in engineering, construction, infrastructure or professional services is a plus.
• Proven ability to recruit professional/technical talent.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business lines.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop hiring strategies.
• Provide market intelligence and compensation insights for decisions.
• Screen candidates, manage interviews and offers, onboarding.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the lifecycle.
• Build relationships with business leaders and external partners.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and talent maps.
• Maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Utilise sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates.
• Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards, ensure data accuracy.
