Qualifications

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Client Success Manager to manage and grow relationships with corporate clients utilizing HR solutions, recruitment outsourcing, talent advisory, workforce planning, and people consulting services.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring service excellence, client retention, and long-term partnership growth while delivering strategic workforce solutions that align with business objectives.

This role requires strong stakeholder management, consultative problem-solving skills, and the ability to understand clients' talent acquisition, workforce planning, and organizational development requirements. The Client Success Manager will work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure successful execution of client engagements, while identifying opportunities to expand service offerings and enhance overall client value.

Main Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of corporate clients, building strong and trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients' business objectives, organizational structure, workforce requirements, and talent challenges.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to evaluate service performance, workforce outcomes, and overall satisfaction.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients by providing recommendations on talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning, market intelligence, and organizational capability development.
  • Proactively identify client risks and implement retention strategies to maintain long-term partnerships.
Talent Advisory & Workforce Consulting
  • Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, workforce requirements, and evolving business priorities.
  • Provide consultative support on talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning initiatives, succession planning considerations, and organizational growth objectives.
  • Advise clients on talent market trends, candidate availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring landscapes.
  • Recommend workforce solutions that address talent shortages, business growth requirements, and evolving workforce demands.
  • Support clients in developing effective talent attraction and retention strategies.
Service Delivery Management
  • Oversee the successful delivery of client engagements related to recruitment outsourcing, talent acquisition, workforce consulting, and HR solutions.
  • Coordinate closely with internal recruitment, consulting, operations, and delivery teams to ensure high-quality service execution.
  • Monitor project timelines, service-level agreements, deliverables, and client expectations to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Resolve complex client issues and service challenges in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure service delivery processes are aligned with client objectives and business requirements.
Client Retention & Growth
  • Drive client retention through proactive engagement, value demonstration, and continuous service improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for service expansion, cross-selling, and upselling of HR solutions and consulting services.
  • Develop account development plans for strategic clients and support commercial discussions regarding renewals and service enhancements.
  • Present service performance metrics, workforce insights, and business outcomes to client stakeholders.
  • Support contract renewal discussions and contribute to long-term account growth strategies.
Market Insights & Reporting
  • Conduct research on talent markets, workforce trends, industry developments, and hiring best practices.
  • Prepare client reports, business reviews, workforce analytics, and management presentations.
  • Utilize data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for service optimization and business improvement.
  • Share market intelligence and workforce insights that support informed client decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate client records, engagement documentation, and service performance tracking.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with recruitment, delivery, consulting, and business development teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for client success methodologies, service frameworks, and operational processes.
  • Participate in solution design discussions and support proposal development for prospective clients.
  • Share client feedback and market knowledge to support service innovation and business growth.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, HR Consulting, Talent Advisory,
  • Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Talent Acquisition Services, Workforce Consulting, or related client-facing professional services.
  • Proven experience managing corporate client relationships and delivering workforce-related solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in client retention, account growth, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes, workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and HR service delivery.
  • Experience supporting clients across multiple industries and functions.
  • Knowledge of workforce consulting, talent market dynamics, compensation benchmarking, and hiring trends.
  • Experience managing multiple client engagements simultaneously in a fast-paced consulting or professional services environment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment outsourcing, managed services, and talent advisory solutions.
  • Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and consulting capabilities.
  • Ability to analyze business needs and develop practical workforce solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and project coordination skills.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to identify business growth opportunities.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Experience supporting clients in Mainland China and managing cross-border stakeholder relationships.
  • Understanding of Mainland China talent markets, workforce challenges, and business practices.
  • Experience working within recruitment consulting, executive search, HR solutions, or talent advisory environments.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, reporting tools, and workforce analytics platforms.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with regional stakeholders.
