Job summary

Ask Athena is seeking a skilled Senior Supply Chain / Inventory Manager to oversee HK and Macau markets. You will manage inventory, forecast demand, and coordinate with 3PL partners to ensure smooth operations.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance and other departments to align inventory with business plans. Monitor KPIs, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvements in logistics and cost control.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics, and warehouse operations.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel) and SAP system.
• Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
• Strong strategic planning and data-driven decision making.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external parties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management and stock control for HK and Macau markets.
• Lead demand forecasting to ensure stock availability and timely replenishments.
• Manage 3PL partners to ensure efficient operations and service levels.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance to align inventory with business goals.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct audits and analyze KPIs (turnover, fill rate).
• Liaise with APAC supply chain team for order processing and shipments.
• Develop logistics strategies and policies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Evaluate logistics providers, negotiate contracts and review SOPs.
• Monitor import/export, control warehouse expenses and review operations.
• Lead and mentor a supply chain team to maximize performance.
