Job summary

IM8 Health, a next-generation health brand, is seeking a Supply Chain Manager based in Hong Kong to own the flow from manufacturing partners to customers across markets. You will negotiate daily with suppliers across Greater China and ensure flawless execution of every batch and shipment.

You will build demand forecasts, manage inventory plans, and drive continuous improvement across sourcing, planning, and fulfillment—supporting our subscription-based model and rapid growth in 43 markets.

Qualifications

• Fluent Mandarin, Cantonese and English for daily negotiation with Greater China partners.
• Supply chain ownership including sourcing, planning and fulfillment at scale.
• Experience with contract manufacturers and logistics partners, including capacity commitments.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract manufacturers and suppliers across Greater China; negotiate terms and monitor quality.
• Drive continuous improvement to lift quality, throughput and consistency.
• Qualify and onboard new suppliers as we scale into new products and markets.
• Own raw material and ingredient supply risk; implement dual-sourcing and safety stock policies.
• Build demand forecasts and inventory plans to avoid stockouts and overstock across markets.
• Track production schedules, lead times, and deliverables; manage working capital tied to inventory.
• Coordinate international logistics, customs, and 3PL partners to meet delivery timelines and targets.
• Own freight mode strategy and balance cost, speed and stockout risk.
