Job summary

Deckers Asia Pacific Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to support HK Operations and APAC Integrated Planning. You will coordinate with Shipping, Planning, Factory, and 3PL teams to ensure on-time delivery and successful DC go-live.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in supply chain, logistics, business, STEM or related fields.
• CPIM or CSCP is desirable.
• 3–5+ years of supply chain experience in warehousing, import/export, freight, planning or sales operations.
• PM experience and new process/system setup preferred.
• Strong communication in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Support projects and peak window operations for HK Operations and APAC Integrated Planning umbrella.
• Coordinate with Shipping, Integrated Planning, Factory Planning, Logistics Forwarders and 3rd Party Logistics Partner to ensure on-time-in-full delivery and order fulfillment; manage various tasks and transition needs for new Distribution Centre go-live.
• Facilitate cross functions discussion, process mapping and bridge business requirement and technical specification to ensure successful launch of Order Management System.
• Consolidate report, standardize processes and align roles and responsibilities for APAC planning and operations, conduct business analysis, recommend cost savings projects and continuous improvement programs to create savings and drive for a high-efficiency operation.

This role reports directly to Senior Director, HK Operation and APAC Integrated Planning. He/She will:

• 1) Support projects and peak window operations for the the team under HK Operations and APAC Integrated Planning umbrella.
• 2) Coordinate with Shipping, Integrated Planning, Factory Planning, Logistics Forwarders and 3rd Party Logistics Partner to ensure on-time-in-full delivery and order fulfillment; manage various tasks and transition needs for new Distribution Centre go-live.
• 3) Facilitate cross functions discussion, process mapping and bridge business requirement and technical specification to ensure successful launch of Order Management System.
• 4) Consolidate report, standardize processes and align roles and responsibilities for APAC planning and operations, conduct business analysis, recommend cost savings projects and continuous improvement programs to create savings and drive for a high-efficiency operation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in supply chain, logistics, business, STEM or related fields. CPIM or CSCP desired.
• 3-5+ years supply chain experience focusing on warehousing, import & export, ocean and air freight, business planning or sales operations.
• Project management and new process/system set up experience preferred.
• Good communication (English, Mandarin & Cantonese) and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS applications with advance Excel skills.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Access, Infor Nexus, Oracle EBS, WMS will be an advantage.
