lululemon seeks a Senior Manager, 3PL Strategy & RFP to enable global 3PL strategy execution through leadership of sourcing programs, analytics, and governance. Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, 3PL management, strategic sourcing, analytics, or program leadership.
• 5+ years leadership experience managing teams and/or global cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience leading RFP/RFI processes, contract governance activities, and partner evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the global 3PL Strategy & RFP team, including program management, analytics, reporting, and governance.
• Consolidate regional 3PL strategies into a global roadmap and support executive communications.
• Own the global 3PL sourcing and RFP governance framework.
• Develop and maintain a multi-year global sourcing roadmap.
• Coordinate global RFP sequencing to optimize resources.
• Monitor contract expirations and renewal timelines to mitigate risks.
• Maintain a global repository of contracts, SOWs, SLAs, KPIs, and governance templates.
• Establish governance standards for contract management and documentation.
• Own the global 3PL analytics and reporting framework.
• Lead dashboards, scorecards, and portfolio performance reporting.
• Lead Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for Global 3PL and coordinate with FP&A.
