Job summary

Eternity Consultants (HK) Limited seeks a seasoned Logistics Manager to oversee warehousing, inventory, receiving, delivery, and dispatch within Hong Kong and across China. You will manage budgets, vendor contracts, and logistics resources while driving cost efficiency through KPIs and strategic planning.

In this role, you will lead cross‑functional teams, negotiate with suppliers and customers, ensure compliance with customs and ISO standards, and stay ahead of industry trends including new IT

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of logistics management experience in manufacturing
• Familiar with international freight and logistics processes
• Experience with SAP and ERP systems
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong cost control, process optimization and risk prevention
• Analytical and data-driven decision making
• Leadership and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics operations including warehousing, inventory management, receiving, delivery, and dispatch
• Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and logistics resources
• Develop strategies and KPIs to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Negotiate with suppliers and customers to optimize costs
• Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to mitigate risks
• Coordinate logistics across Hong Kong and China to tackle aging stock
• Provide performance reports for stock forecasts and strategic planning
• Ensure compliance with customs, import/export regulations and ISO standards
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies including AI and IT systems to drive continuous improvement
