AXIS-TEC PTE. LTD. in Hong Kong is seeking a results-oriented Sales Professional to identify and manage opportunities across potential and existing customers. You will own the full sales cycle, visit customers weekly, and provide reports to refine strategies.

You will foster long-term relationships, align with sales strategy, and serve as the key liaison between customers and the engineering team to ensure tailored, effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma required in engineering or related field or equivalent qualifications.
• Backend semiconductor testing experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and analytical thinking skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify and manage sales opportunities and projects to drive revenue growth with both potential and existing customers.
• Establish and maintain closerelationshipswithnewandexistingcustomers through the entire sales cycle, frompre-salestopost-sales.
• Buildand maintain strong,friendly connectionswithcustomers, ensuring long-term trust and collaboration.
• Align with and execute thecompany’ssalesstrategytotargettherightcustomers.
• Conductregularcustomer visits on a weekly visitandprovidevisitreports.
• Participateinweeklymanagementdiscussionsto review, refine and implement effective salesstrategies.
• Identifyandaddresscustomerchallengesorspecialrequirements, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Actasakeybridgebetweencustomersandthetechnicalteam, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of issues.
