Bayer in Hong Kong seeks a results-driven sales professional to drive product sales, manage current customers, and develop new business opportunities. You will analyze needs, coordinate delivery, and provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires 3–5 years of sales experience in the PH industry with strong English and Cantonese communication, plus a university degree in Science or related field. The position is full-time and based on site in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• University graduate in Science or related discipline.
• At least 3–5 years sales experience in PH industry; private sector preferred.
• Target-driven, proactive and team player with good communication.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese.

Responsabilités

• Sell assigned products by working with current customers.
• Analyze needs, develop and negotiate, sell, deliver and provide post-sales service to clients.
• Identify new potential customers and build/maintain relationships; keep customers informed of products, pricing and changes.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and targets; coordinate execution of sales plans.
• Collaborate with customers to develop win-win business growth.
• Contribute to timely sales and marketing strategy implementation.
• Prepare reports on market trends and competitive activities.
• Participate in assigned projects.
