Ubiquant Asset Management is seeking a Product/RFP specialist in Hong Kong to support the sales and marketing team. The role focuses on HK and overseas wholesale and institutional business, reporting to the Head of Sales Support.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in finance/asset management, strong data analysis, and excellent English communication; Cantonese or Mandarin fluency is required. Proficiency in MS Office and programming is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, statistics, mathematics, or related curriculums.
Strong data analysis and reporting skills; good business acumen and understanding of global financial markets.
Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with high attention to detail.
Fluent in English; Cantonese or Mandarin is required.
3–5 years of experience in finance/asset management or related field; prior consulting/big 4 is a plus.

Responsabilités

Support sales and marketing teams by handling RFPs/DDQs and fund materials.
Develop and maintain hedge fund product materials (sales decks, pitchbooks).
Coordinate with internal/external parties to ensure timely, accurate client responses.
Drive sales support enhancements and oversee CRM, compliance clearance and client communications.
