Job summary

Aberdeen Investments, part of Aberdeen Group plc, is seeking an experienced sales support professional based in Hong Kong to assist Wholesale and Institutional teams across Greater China (Hong Kong, China, Taiwan).

You will work with sales, investment specialists, product, marketing and client service teams to drive distribution and strengthen relationships with fund researchers and consultants such as Morningstar.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience within financial services.
• Strong interest in financial markets, investment funds and asset allocation solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin preferred).
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated support to the Wholesale & Institutional sales teams across Greater China.
• Coordinate the preparation of client presentations, investment proposals, due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), RFPs, RFIs and other client materials.
• Support pre-meeting preparation and post-meeting follow-up, including market intelligence and portfolio information.
• Coordinate consultant relations, fund reviews and information requests with research providers and analysts.
• Maintain accurate client and prospect data in Salesforce and support regional events and campaigns.
