Job summary

Aberdeen Investments, part of Aberdeen Group, seeks a Sales Support professional to back Wholesale and Institutional teams in Greater China from Hong Kong. You will help prepare client presentations, investment proposals and questionnaires, and coordinate post-meeting follow-ups to advance client relationships.

Candidates should have 2+ years in financial services, strong English and Chinese language skills, and experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience within financial services, preferably asset management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin preferred).
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated sales support to Wholesale and Institutional teams across Greater China.
• Prepare client materials, proposals, DDQs, RFPs and RFIs; support post-meeting follow-ups.
• Coordinate with investment, product and sales teams to service clients and drive business development.
• Maintain client and prospect data in Salesforce and support regional events and campaigns.
• Support consultant relations, fund reviews and information requests with analysts and researchers.
