Job summary

Aptitude Asia Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Intermediary Sales professional in Asset Management to lead wholesale distribution strategies.

You will develop and implement a sales approach targeting Hong Kong, China, and APAC, manage relationships with wholesalers, and drive performance through autonomous project leadership. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of intermediary sales / wholesale distribution experience in asset management.
• Established network with key wholesalers/intermediaries in the industry.
• Ability to work autonomously on projects and initiatives.
• Excellent communication; fluent in Mandarin and English.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy for wholesale clients, primarily in Hong Kong and China, with potential expansion across APAC.
• Analyze and segment client profiles to prioritize engagement and drive sales initiatives effectively.
• Collaborate with management to ensure successful execution of sales strategies and meet established targets.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with regional wholesalers, including private banks, wealth management firms, securities firms, retail banks, and other online and offline distribution platforms.
• Lead and manage projects independently while driving accountability for sales performance.

Job Requirements
