Job summary

Gfgroup in Hong Kong seeks an Associate for Asset Management Sales to build and deepen relationships with institutional and HNW clients. The role supports business development by managing pitch books, fact sheets and decks, and by researching peer funds to tailor client solutions.

The candidate will assist in setting up segregated portfolios and offshore structures, drafting documents like IMAs, Master PPMs and SPPMs, and coordinate with legal, compliance, and investment teams.

Qualifications

• Master degree or above in Finance, Economics or related field.
• 3–5 years in client servicing, sales support or operations within asset/wealth management.
• Proficiency with Bloomberg Terminal and MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate with legal, compliance and investment teams.
• Good language skills including written Chinese and spoken Mandarin.

• Maintain and develop institutional and HNW client relationship for asset management business
• Manage marketing collaterals, including pitch books, fact sheets, and presentation decks to support the business development pipeline
• Research on peer fund performance, asset size, strategies, and service structures to provide tailored client solutions
• Assist in setting up segregated portfolios and offshore structures (e.g., Cayman-listed funds) by drafting and revising legal documents including IMAs, Master PPMs, and SPPMs

Requirements

• Master degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in client servicing, sales support, or operations within asset management, wealth management, or institutional banking
• High proficiency in Bloomberg Terminal and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with legal, compliance, and investment teams
• Good language skills, including written Chinese and spoken Mandarin
