Qualifications

• Solid experience in the telecommunications industry and knowledge of carrier vendors' workflow.
• Understanding of profit margin analysis and cost elements, including tax regulations.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
• 3 years of technical support experience, preferably in the Telecom industry.
