A leading telecom solutions provider in Hong Kong is seeking a skilled professional to lead network design and development in China and Hong Kong. The ideal candidate must have over 8 years of experience in the IT and telecom industry, particularly in network development and project management. This role involves managing SD-WAN and MPLS-VPN projects, establishing design standards, and ensuring network capacity aligns with business growth. Proficiency in both English and Chinese is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT & Telecom industry with at least 2 years in network development, design, or planning roles.
• Hands-on experience in WAN network design and planning.
• Experience in network project management with mainland China carriers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for SD-WAN, Premium Internet Access, and MPLS-VPN network design.
• Formulation of network design standards and guidelines.
• Planning and implementation of network coverage and capacity expansion.
