Job summary

PERSOL Hong Kong Limited seeks a Regional Material Costing Manager to lead pricing lifecycles for premier accounts. You will bridge Finance, Sourcing, and Engineering to keep cost structures competitive and aligned with volatile commodity trends across Asia and US time zones.

Responsibilities include advanced BOM management, agile NPI costing, value engineering with sourcing, and deploying dashboards for RFQ tracking. Strong English and EMS/ODM exposure are highly desirable.

Qualifications

Experience building cost models for complex BOMs in large-scale manufacturing.
Proven ability to manage quarterly pricing cycles and high-volume RFQs.
Strong market analysis translating commodity trends into pricing strategies.
Excellent communication to lead cross-functional discussions.

Responsibilities

Advanced BOM Architecture: manage complex BOMs, track quarterly repricings, deliver validated standard costs.
Agile NPI Costing: partner with NPI teams to design cost strategies during EVT with weekly timelines.
Value Engineering & Sourcing: collaborate with procurement to identify savings and optimize material splits.
Global Pricing SME: act as regional SME for product strategies, confidential pricing rollouts.
Operational Intelligence: deploy dashboards for RFQ tracking and performance analytics.
Strategic Business Reviews: lead cost-reduction workshops and QBRs with contract manufacturers.
