Job summary

Sun Life Financial in Hong Kong is seeking a data- and analytics-driven professional to join our Business Strategy & Planning team. You will analyze recruitment growth, performance, and market trends to identify opportunities and support strategic priorities.

The role focuses on reporting, KPI management, cross-functional collaboration and project coordination. Strong Excel, Power BI and data visualization skills are essential, with fluency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin.

Qualifications

Degree holder from a recognized university.
Major in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analytics or related disciplines is preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in business analytics, reporting, business planning, performance management, sales support or related functions.
Proven experience in preparing management reports, business analysis and performance dashboards.
Experience in insurance, financial services or agency distribution support would be an advantage.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Responsibilities

Coordinate with relevant departments on strategic initiatives, reporting requirements and project implementation.
Support execution of business initiatives through budget administration, initiative tracking and performance monitoring.
Identify opportunities for process enhancement and operational efficiency through data analysis and business insights.
Provide operational support for recruitment events and related initiatives where required, including pre-event coordination and post-event follow-up.
