Qualifications

• University degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in commercial banking, planning, business management, financial analysis, management reporting or performance management.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills to interpret financial and business data and extract insights.
• Proactive, well-organised and able to manage multiple reports and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word for management reports, KPI dashboards and presentations.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Mandarin essential for effective communication with Head Office and regional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare regular and ad hoc management reports consolidating financial, business and operational data into management-information packs, dashboards and presentations.
• Support annual business planning, strategic initiatives and key projects through structured analysis, scenario modelling and market research.
• Develop, monitor and update financial and business-performance KPIs, highlighting trends, variances and risks.
• Liaise with Head Office and HK Branch stakeholders on planning, performance management and operations matters.
• Provide analytics for management initiatives and ad hoc projects with data-driven insights and executive-ready materials.
• Improve reporting processes, dashboard quality and internal communications for strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare regular and ad hoc management reports, consolidating financial, business and operational data into clear management-information packs, spreadsheets, dashboards and presentation materials.
• Support the development of annual business plans, strategic initiatives and key projects through structured analysis, scenario modelling, market research and action-plan preparation.
• Develop, monitor and update financial and business-performance KPIs, highlighting trends, variances, risks and areas requiring management attention or follow-up.
• Liaise with Head Office and Hong Kong Branch stakeholders on business-planning, performance-management and operations-related matters, ensuring accurate information flow and timely completion of action items.
• Provide analytical support for management initiatives and ad hoc projects, delivering data-driven insights, recommendations and executive-level presentation materials.
• Assist in improving reporting processes, dashboard quality and internal communication materials to strengthen the visibility and execution of strategic priorities across the business.

Requirements

• University degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
• Approximately 3–5 years of relevant experience in commercial banking, corporate planning, business management, financial analysis, management reporting or performance management.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret financial and business data, identify key trends and communicate practical insights clearly.
• Proactive, well organised and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple reports, deadlines and projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word, with experience preparing management reports, KPI dashboards and senior-management presentations.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluent Mandarin is essential for effective communication with Head Office and regional stakeholders.
