Job summary
Sun Life in Hong Kong is seeking a Client & Marketing Analytics Partner to drive data-driven decisions across Client and Marketing. The role partners with regional teams on KPI definitions, analytics prioritization and actionable recommendations, including AI-enabled analytics and next-best-action capabilities.
The ideal candidate brings 8–10+ years of analytics experience in finance/insurance, strong BI tool proficiency, and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of analytics experience in client, marketing or BI.
- Insurance/financial services experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, data science, or related field.
- Experience partnering with brand/marketing teams to translate performance data into actions.
- Experience designing AI-enabled analytics solutions and workflow-based tools.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with regional leaders across Client & Marketing to understand priorities and insight needs.
- Ensure reporting data is accurate, reliable and governed; evaluate data sources, APIs and CRM data.
- Translate priorities into analytics, automation and AI-enabled workflow solutions.
- Provide proactive ad-hoc and deep-dive analysis to surface risks, opportunities and recommendations.
- Support next-best-action, next-best-channel use cases by translating insights into targeting decisions.
