Job summary

Sun Life is seeking a driven Business Strategy & Planning professional in Hong Kong. You will help formulate recruitment and growth strategies, analyse performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to guide senior management decisions.

Your role also includes coordinating cross‑functional projects and supporting events to drive business outcomes. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in analytics, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and proficiency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Marketing or related disciplines.
• 5 - 7 years of experience in business planning, sales analytics, agency management, or performance reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience in preparing management reports, dashboards, and reviews for senior stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI or BI tools is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Support the formulation, execution and review of agency recruitment and business growth strategies.
• Analyze recruitment performance, agency productivity and market trends.
• Provide business insights to support management decisions and planning.
• Coordinate with departments on strategic initiatives and project implementation.
• Provide operational support for recruitment events and related initiatives.
