Renrui Human Resources Technology (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Senior Procurement Officer to lead end-to-end procurement for IT, administrative, and brand/event goods in Hong Kong. You will shape local procurement strategies and build robust supplier networks to ensure value and timely delivery across Hong Kong operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of procurement experience, with strong negotiation and contract-management skills, and fluency in Cantonese and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant procurement experience.
• Fluency in Cantonese and English is highly preferred.
• Strong familiarity with the Hong Kong market and supplier resources.
• Comprehensive expertise in end-to-end procurement with sourcing, price comparison, negotiation, contract management, and supplier evaluation.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end procurement: manage the full lifecycle for IT, administrative, and brand/event goods/services.
• Supplier sourcing & development: research markets, identify partners, build a reliable vendor database for HK.
• Strategy & negotiation: develop procurement strategies, run tenders, RFPs, and negotiate favorable terms.
• Planning & collaboration: coordinate with internal departments to forecast demand and ensure timely deliveries.
• Policy implementation: design and align local HK procurement policies with Group standards.

Job description

A key client of ours, a well known International Financial Securities firm, is urgently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Procurement Officer to lead end-to-end procurement execution for IT, administrative, and brand/event-related goods and services. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping local procurement strategies, building robust supplier networks, and ensuring optimal value and timely delivery across their Hong Kong operations.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Procurement: Manage the complete procurement lifecycle—including execution and process management for IT, administrative, and brand or event-related goods and services.

Supplier Sourcing & Development: Conduct deep market research and supplier sourcing to identify qualified partners, build a reserve of reliable vendors, and continuously enrich their database tailored to the Hong Kong market.

Strategy & Negotiation: Formulate procurement strategies aligned with business demands and market conditions, driving competitive tendering, RFQs, and targeted negotiations to secure reasonable pricing.

Planning & Collaboration: Maintain close communication with internal requesting departments to forecast recurring demand and guarantee smooth, timely deliveries.

Policy Implementation: Design and establish local Hong Kong procurement policies and processes adapted to regional business needs while staying aligned with Group standards.

What We Are Looking For

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.

Language Skills: Fluency in Cantonese is a MUST, along with fluency in English as well will be highly preferred.

Experience: 5+ years of relevant procurement experience, ideally with a background in IT, administrative, or brand/event procurement.

Market Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the Hong Kong market and local supplier resources, particularly from multinational or prominent local corporations.

Core Competencies: Comprehensive expertise in full-cycle procurement management (sourcing, price comparison, negotiation, contract management, and supplier evaluation) supported by strong commercial negotiation and cost-analysis capabilities.
