Job summary

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited is seeking an Officer to Senior Officer in Procurement Management for the FAD team in Hong Kong. The role involves following up procurement projects, preparing deliberations, and coordinating with vendors through the approval and negotiation process.

You will produce formal reports, support internal audits, and handle ad hoc tasks while leveraging strong Mandarin, Cantonese and English communication skills and solid analytical capabilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, administration or related majors.
• Experience in procurement, vendor management, or supply chain; experience in financial section is a plus.
• Excellent communication and influencing capabilities, and strong analytical proficiency.
• Team player and able to work independently.
• Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English.

Responsibilities

• Follow up procurement projects, review and prepare for the internal deliberations;
• Write deliberation reports based on the whole process of the projects and negotiation with vendors;
• Cross-check project materials and conduct projects approval process;
• Cooperate with relevant audit work;
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
