Sika Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Procurement Manager to lead Direct/Indirect Procurement, develop category strategies, and drive cost savings. You will report to the Head of Procurement and manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships to secure supplier value.

Qualifications include a bachelor degree in a relevant field and 5–10 years of procurement experience, plus strong analytical and communication skills. Experience in the chemical industry and SAP/Microsoft tools is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Direct Material Spend Management: own and manage all Direct Material spend.
• Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation: conduct end-to-end RFP/RFI/RFQ processes.
• Structural Cost Savings: identify and deliver cost-saving initiatives.
• Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): conduct supplier audits and KPI tracking.
• Spend Analysis: prepare procurement performance reports and market analysis.
• Risk & Contract Governance: draft and review vendor contracts with legal/risk teams.
• Indirect Procurement Oversight: manage indirect categories to ensure cost efficiency.
• Compliance & Governance: adhere to procurement policies and local guidelines.
