You will develop partnerships, organize events, conduct market research, and prepare proposals while collaborating across teams. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years' experience, plus fluency in English and Chinese, to drive growth with startups, corporates, and ecosystem partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field is required.
• Around 3–5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, marketing, PR, or events.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with regional and international partners to support growth and market expansion.
• Identify and engage potential ecosystem partners and industry associations.
• Organise and support business events, networking sessions, exhibitions, etc.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry intelligence.
• Prepare presentations, reports, business proposals, and management updates.
• Support cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
