Job summary

EX.IO in Hong Kong seeks a senior product leader to define and own the strategy for the trading platform and RWA/tokenized securities lines. You will align product direction with company strategy and work with CSO and CEO to deliver results that meet regulatory and institutional standards.

You will lead cross-functional teams, partner with Legal and Compliance, and bring traditional finance expertise to digital asset offerings.

Qualifications

6+ years of product management in traditional financial institutions (bank, brokerage, asset management, exchange, or regulated fintech).
Deep understanding of financial products (trading, custody, settlement, securities, structured products) and the regulatory environment.
Proven end-to-end ownership of products with cross-functional teams and delivery excellence.
Strong interest in digital assets, tokenization (RWA), and compliance in Hong Kong.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management, capable of engaging with C-level executives.

Responsibilities

Define and own end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for trading and RWA/tokenized securities offerings.
Translate objectives into clear requirements, prioritised backlogs and measurable outcomes.
Lead the full product lifecycle with engineering, design, compliance and business teams.
Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to ensure HK SFC regulatory compliance from day one.
Leverage traditional finance expertise to design compliant, competitive digital asset products.
Conduct market, competitor and user research to identify opportunities and sharpen positioning.
Define product metrics, track performance and use data to drive prioritisation and improvements.
Mentor and guide product managers, establishing best practices across the team.
