Qualifications

• Degree holder required.
• 10+ years in sales/business development facing institutional clients.
• Proven track record in origination and wallet growth.
• Knowledge of blockchain, digital assets and stablecoins.
• Excellent English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) communication.

Responsibilities

• Account management and client coverage for authorised distributors.
• Drive business development and partnerships across markets.
• Educate ecosystem on regulated stablecoins and use cases.
• Coordinate onboarding, due diligence, and cross‑team collaboration.
