Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in business development, corporate partnerships, or B2B sales.
• Strong track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing deals with institutional partners.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, asset management, brokerage, or securities is strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of Hong Kong's financial ecosystem and key players.
• Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin; English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Map the partnership landscape across asset management firms, regulatory bodies, stock exchanges, and related institutions in Hong Kong to identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and cultivate new ones.
• Structure resource-exchange agreements and commercial packages that align partner objectives with Futu's ecosystem and offerings.
• Advance partnerships from initial engagement to formal agreement.
• Provide clear reporting on pipeline status and partnership outcomes to senior management.
• Design a strategic roadmap for institutional partnership outreach and onboard partners onto the Futu Community.
• Translate platform capabilities into tailored value propositions for partner segments and prepare proposals and pitches.
• Develop and deliver marketing solutions for institutional partners, including in-app advertising and offline events.
• Identify exclusive resources or content to enrich Futu's offerings and sharpen competitive edge.
