Job summary

Konew Fintech Corporation Limited is seeking a Manager of Strategic Partnerships & Sponsorships in Hong Kong to lead the sponsorship and partnership strategy. You will identify and secure sponsorships, develop compelling packages, and manage end-to-end partnerships across multiple business lines.

You will build and sustain relationships with brands and agencies, lead negotiations, and drive revenue while collaborating with internal teams on activations and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Event Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years of Sponsorship, Brand Partnerships, Business Development or related experience.
• Proven track record in securing sponsorships and developing commercial partnerships.
• Strong network across brands, sponsors, agencies, corporate clients and industry partners.
• Demonstrated ability to translate entertainment, content, audience and event assets into commercial opportunities.
• Excellent presentation, pitching, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to align partner objectives with business goals.
• Strong project management skills coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial, target-driven, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in team management is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sponsorship and partnership strategy to drive revenue growth and strategic collaborations.
• Identify, pitch, and secure sponsorships, brand partnerships and cross-promotional opportunities.
• Develop sponsorship packages, proposals, presentations and customised solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with brands, sponsors, agencies, media partners and corporate clients.
• Lead commercial discussions covering scope, rights, deliverables, activation, terms and contracts.
• Create integrated partnership opportunities across Film & Content Production, Concert Production, Events, Artist Management, Membership & Digital Commerce.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop activations, branded content, fan engagement and campaigns.
• Manage partnerships from prospecting to negotiation, activation, delivery and post-campaign review.
• Ensure all rights, benefits and deliverables are executed on schedule.
• Identify new opportunities and maintain a strong sponsor pipeline and market trend insights.
• Monitor performance, revenue contribution, and partner satisfaction with regular reports.
• Establish KPIs, pipelines, forecasting and reporting frameworks to support growth.
