Job summary
Anchorpoint Financial Limited is seeking an experienced Client Success Manager to support institutional clients, manage onboarding, and drive ongoing value from Anchorpoint's regulated stablecoins platform. You will coordinate with Product, Operations, and Client Coverage teams to ensure smooth deployments and adoption.
You should have hands-on API integration experience, enterprise SaaS background, and fluency in English and Chinese.
Qualifications
- Holder of a degree in relevant technical disciplines.
- 5+ years in Customer Success or Technical Account Management for enterprise SaaS.
- Experience with financial institutions and blockchain/digital assets.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary technical setup and onboarding contact for new clients.
- Support API integration, pre-production testing, and platform configuration.
- Develop implementation roadmaps and success plans.
- Provide ongoing client enablement, workshops, and education materials.
- Monitor usage metrics and report on adoption and value.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to address client feedback.
