Job summary

Pattern in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Demand Planner to own end-to-end forecasting for Korea, Japan and Southeast Asia. You will integrate market intelligence, promotions, and historical data to deliver high-accuracy regional forecasts and drive growth.

You will design robust inventory strategies, monitor sell-through and stock levels, lead cross-functional alignment with commercial and supply teams, and contribute to automation projects that enhance data accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in demand planning for e-commerce brands.
• Experience with Korean marketplaces (Coupang, Naver) or healthcare familiarity.
• Strong data analysis and advanced Excel skills.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools for workflow optimization is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Korean or Japanese is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end demand forecasting for Korea, Japan, and SE Asia.
• Design and implement inventory strategies to maximize sell-through and minimize working capital.
