Job summary

Qualifications

• GCE N/O level with 1–2 years' material planning experience.
• Knowledge of SAP preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry, filing and documentation of sales orders, purchase orders and invoices
• Create sales orders and perform work orders backflush
• Assist planners in preparing manual shipment requests and abnormal forms
• Assist planners in generating reports from SAP; update VMI trackers & shipment records
• Upload forecast weekly/monthly
• Coordinate service orders and prepare summary reports for billing of miscellaneous shipment
• Support planner in all planning activities
• Perform any other duties as assigned
